College QB Roundup: Here’s how potential Giants Draft targets played this weekend

The Giants are once again trending toward a top draft pick and this time it seems more likely that they will select a quarterback.

While we do not know which quarterbacks will declare for the draft there are a handful that are on many NFL scouts’ radars as the college season winds down.

Here is a look at some of the potential quarterbacks in the 2019 NFL Draft and how they did this past weekend:

How potential Giants draft targets played this weekend

Justin Herbert, Oregon

Giants GM Dave Gettleman and Co. were in attendance scouting Herbert on Saturday and the junior had another solid performance. Herbert completed 20 of 33 passes for 288 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions but was unable to get the win in a 32-25 loss to Utah.

Drew Lock, Missouri

The senior quarterback at Missouri had a similar game as Herbert in the box score. He completed 22 of 33 passes for 253 yards and tossed two touchdowns but also threw two interceptions in a 33-28 victory over Vanderbilt.
