The New York Giants (5-8) will try to keep their momentum going this week when the Tennessee Titans (7-6) invade MetLife Stadium.
Here are some storylines to follow come Sunday.
The Giants racked up 40 point against the washington Redskins last week without Beckham, but they can’t live too long without him. Or can they?
“He’s (OBJ) a very valued member of this team, but the challenge is for the guys playing in his place to do a good job, and it’s a one-game basis, but the guys that did it last week did a good job,” said head coach Pat Shurmur. “So there’s something to be learned from the experience that comes with that.”
Last week, Sterling Shepard, Benny Fowler and Russell Shepard all caught touchdown passes, and Corey Coleman had a long reception on a long pass from Eli Manning.
“Any position when you have an injury or a player’s missing, the guys need to step up and I think they’ve done that. It could be said for anybody that’s missing,” said Shurmur.
