NY Giants: Dave Gettleman In Attendance To Watch Will Grier

NY Giants general manager Dave Gettleman is getting a look at another draft-eligible quarterback.

According to Art Stapleton of The Record, Giants general manager Dave Gettleman is in attendance for the West Virginia-Oklahoma game.

West Virginia’s Will Grier is a name that has received a ton of hype as a potential first-round quarterback in the upcoming NFL Draft.

I recently did a video on Grier – which you can watch by clicking here.

Stapleton also adds that Gettleman could be giving Oklahoma offensive lineman Ben Powers and Bobby Evans a look.

Powers and Evans were recently first-round picks in a CBS Sports mock draft.

Director of College Scouting Chris Pettit joined Gettleman to watch the aforementioned prospects.

This is the second (reported) time that both have been in attendance to watch a college football game this season.

Gettleman and Pettit also watched Oregon’s Justin Herbert in-person a few weeks ago.

I once worked at CBS Sports (WFAN). The hours sucked. The staff sucked. And Joe Begnino was a creep. But I was awarded that amazing opportunity because of my website,, which is where my love for Facebook burner accounts began. I like unbiased arguments. Oh, and facts.
