The New York Giants will be without wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, who are dealing with some significant injuries of their own.
Earlier in the week, Tennessee placed tackle Jack Conklin and tight end Jonnu Smith on injured reserve (IR), but that was just the beginning of their injury issues in Week 15.
On Friday evening, the Titans announced that linebacker Brian Orakpo (elbow), running back David Fluellen (knee) and tight end Cole Wick (shoulder) were out on Sunday against the Giants.
With Fluellen out, Derrick Henry and Dion Lewis will be the only two active running backs for Tennessee on Sunday. Meanwhile, Wick, who was signed to replace Smith, will give way to Luke Stocker and Orakpo will likely be replaced by Kamalei Correa.
Adding to the concern for Tennessee is that quarterback Marcus Mariota was added to their injury report on Friday with an abdomen injury. He was officially listed as a limited participant in practice.
As of now, Mariota is considered probable, which is no longer an official NFL designation, and expected to start against New York on Sunday.
